I love you Kate. And I'll miss you dearly these next 10 months that you are in Japan. Our goodbye seemed so shallow, because it hadn't sunk in that you'll actually be gone for so long. I will send you carbonated chocolate, letters and pictures.

I leave for Russia tomorrow. I won't be back for about 2 weeks. Other then Kate. I will miss James most.
